Essential Duties:

Provides expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design.  Responsible for designing/configuring business processes in SAP. Requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP FI functional areas. Provides functional subject matter expertise in areas such as financial management, inventory management, supply planning, provisioning, maintenance, transportation, and personnel.  Introduces innovative approaches and methodologies for processes and support systems. May provide leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel.

 

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Federal experience required (DoD experience preferred)
  • DoD clearance required (must be clearable)

 

Qualifications for SAP FI:

  1. Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module area.
  2.  Requires strong organization and communication skills.
  3.  Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
  4.  Plans and leads major technology assignments.
  5.  Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
  6. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
  7. Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting SAP FI module (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred.
  1. 5+ years FI experience
  2. Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
  3. Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
